Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Content Creator to make our clients' brands shine on social media. As part of our team at Lèngua, you'll come up with, create and improve engaging TikTok/Reels videos that people will love. Your talent for catching on to trends and your love for making cool stuff will help make brands unforgettable.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with different teams, such as writers, managers, directors, and editors to plan TikTok/Reels videos that align with our goals.
Conceptualize, film, and edit TikTok/Reels videos that effectively showcase a brand's identity and that lots of people will enjoy.
Stay updated on the latest TikTok/Reels trends and changes to ensure content remains fresh, fun and engaging.
Experiment with new ideas for videos, incorporating elements like music, special effects, and challenges to maintain excitement.
Collaborate with and direct talent to make videos that feel real and that everyone can relate to.
Contribute to the creation of larger campaigns that leverage TikTok/Reels to effectively promote brands and spread awareness.
Requirements
[It's a must] A portfolio showcasing your successful TikTok/Reels content creations in personal account or brand’s account you have handled.
Proof that you've made cool TikTok/Reels videos that people liked.
Knowing how to shoot and edit videos on your phone using tools like CapCut.
Understanding of what makes TikTok/Reels unique, including its features and current trends.
Ability to produce videos that convey a brand's identity while adhering to TikTok/Reels' style.
Enthusiasm for staying informed about the latest TikTok/Reels trends and viral content.
Familiarity with social media analytics and utilizing data to enhance video performance.
Being good at working and sharing ideas with others.
Creative thinking abilities, with a willingness to innovate and experiment with new approaches.
