Job Description

We’re looking for a strategic and people-oriented leader with strong ownership, clarity, and proven experience in building influencer marketing strategies that drive meaningful business impact, strong client partnerships, and high-performing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands both creative and commercial perspectives, and knows how to lead teams with empathy and accountability.


What You’ll Do

1. Strategic KOL & Community Development

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives, business goals, and audience relevance.

  • Translate client briefs into impactful campaign approaches, rollout plans, budgets, and measurable execution strategies.

  • Collaborate with planners and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are strategically strong and execution-ready.

2. Campaign & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to reporting.

  • Ensure smooth operations, strong coordination, timely execution, and high-quality deliverables across campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights and metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

3. Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, communities, talents, and external partners.

  • Lead negotiations regarding deliverables, timelines, and compensation while ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Strengthen long-term client relationships through strategic thinking, reliability, and strong communication.

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and grow the KOL & Community team through clear direction, collaboration, accountability, and empathetic leadership.

  • Allocate team resources effectively to support campaign performance and operational efficiency.

  • Handle campaign challenges, team burnout, and client escalations with a calm, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

5. Business & Growth Mindset

  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and identify opportunities that contribute to agency growth, client retention, and business expansion.

  • Evaluate overall campaign and business performance while ensuring alignment with agency goals and leadership vision.

  • Contribute to strengthening internal processes, team capabilities, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Influencer Marketing Agencies or Digital Agencies

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing a team directly, including people development, performance management, and team supervision (individual contributor experience will not be considered for this requirement).

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end influencer or community campaigns for multiple brands and industries.

  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and client relationships.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and digital communication.

  • Experienced in managing KOL sourcing, talent mapping, negotiation, and partnership management.

  • Strong project management and operational management skills.

  • Comfortable working with campaign analytics, reporting, and performance evaluation.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, audience behavior, and creator ecosystems.

  • Able to develop strategic proposals, campaign rollouts, and budgeting plans.

  • Familiar with campaign tracking tools, social media analytics, and reporting platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, presentation tools, and project management platforms.
