KOL Planner at Lengua is a strategic translator who turns brand and business objectives into executable KOL orchestration with clear logic, structure, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
Translate brand and business objectives into structured KOL strategies and orchestration models.
Design always-on and campaign-based influencer ecosystems with clear roles, logic, and creative direction.
Develop KOL-led campaign ideas grounded in cultural relevance and platform behavior.
Curate and recommend KOLs with strong strategic rationale, data insights, and audience fit.
Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and optimize campaigns for impact.
Lead KOL briefing, content direction, and quality control from ideation to execution.
Plan budgets with precision—balancing value, efficiency, and performance projection.
Anticipate risks and lead strategic pivots when campaigns require recalibration.
Mentor junior planners and act as a strategic partner for internal teams and clients.
Requirements
KOL Landscape Understanding
Understand Mega / Macro / Micro / Nano KOL segmentation.
Familiar with niche mapping (parenting, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, tech, etc.).
Digital Strategic Thinking
Able to translate client briefs into KOL strategies that answer brand objectives.
Structured thinking: Brand Brief → Objective → Role of KOL → Content Output
Understand marketing funnel: Awareness / Consideration / Conversion / Community.
Campaign & Activation Idea Development
Develop campaign concepts and influencer activation ideas.
Strong creative thinking with cultural and platform awareness.
Data & Logic
Analyze and compare ER, views, audience fit, and past content relevance.
Build strong logical justification for every proposed plan.
KOL Recommendation & Briefing
Recommend KOLs aligned with strategy and campaign objectives.
Brief KOLs and ensure content aligns with strategic direction (content QC).
Able to craft KOL storyline and edit KOL content if needed.
KOL Performance Metrics Literacy - Define and calculate KPIs per campaign objective and explain them rationally.
Mitigation & Pivot Planning - Create alternative plans when campaigns underperform or need recalibration.
Budget Allocation & Financial Logic
Develop budget allocation strategies and cost-efficiency analysis.
Understand rate benchmarking and value negotiation.
Build performance projection based on budget scenarios.
Plus Point: End-to-end experience managing KOL campaigns from scouting to negotiation & execution.
Experience Requirements
3-5 years experience in Influencer Agency or Digital Agency.
Experience handling at least 2–3 different brand categories.
